Ecuador eyeing international bond issue after quake - Correa

QUITO, April 20 (Reuters) - Ecuador is eyeing the

possibility of issuing bonds on the international market to help

fund reconstruction after a devastating weekend quake, President

Rafael Correa said on Wednesday.
