NEW YORK, May 24 (Reuters) - Michigan Governor Rick Snyder
declared a state of energy emergency on Tuesday because of
ongoing problems with a major petroleum products pipeline
combined with an unexpected outage at Marathon Petroleum Corp's
Detroit refinery.
