MEXICO CITY, Aug 29 (Reuters) - Mexico's Finance Ministry on
Monday said it had wrapped up what traders consider the world's
biggest sovereign derivatives trade, guaranteeing an average
price of $42 per barrel for crude oil exports in 2017.
