LONDON, Jan 26 (Reuters) - Oil major Royal Dutch Shell

cannot be sued in London courts over Nigerian oil spill

allegations, the High Court ruled on Thursday, dealing a setback

to attempts to hold multinationals liable at home for

subsidiaries' activities.
