Azerbaijan says to cease retaliatory military actions in Nagorno-Karabakh
YEREVAN, April 3 (Reuters) - Azerbaijan said on Sunday it would end fighting with Armenian-backed troops over the breakaway Nagorno-Karabakh region after two days of clashes which have killed dozens.
