NEW YORK, Aug 9 (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court on Tuesday
upheld the dismissal of nationwide antitrust litigation accusing
banks and commodity companies of conspiring to drive up aluminum
prices by reducing supply, forcing them to overpay.
