Oil ticks up on weaker dollar, U.S. production outlook caps gains

SINGAPORE, Jan 18 (Reuters) - Crude oil futures edged higher

on Wednesday with a weaker dollar underpinning the market,

although gains were limited by expectations that U.S. producers
