HONG KONG, Aug 12 (Reuters) - The Philippines special envoy
to China, Fidel Ramos, said on Friday that Manila wants formal
discussions with China to explore pathways to peace and
cooperation after a meeting with former Chinese deputy foreign
minister Fu Ying.
